Unlike human inspectors, our VQI solution for Continuous Surface Inspection doesn't become tired or distracted. It performs inspections consistently — even unattended; analyses what it sees against pre-defined thresholds or other criteria; and alerts operators to detected imperfections in real time so that they can take action. The solution also provides statistics and reporting to enable further analysis and support business decision-making.
